David Carmona established the business that would become NORTEK Construction in September of 1985 in Rochester, NY. With hands-on experience in foundation work, concrete and masonry, this, his first business, grew to include all facets of residential and commercial construction including retail, heavy and light commercial and residential custom home building.
In 1997, David "set up shop" in North Carolina, first running projects on numerous First Union Banks and Smith Barney locations in NC, SC, GA and VA and then as Nortek Construction Inc.
We are a state licensed company, fully bonded and insured. We are experts in Commercial, Medical and Residential Construction, renovation and upfit projects. We also have our own custom millwork shop located in Concord, NC where we can take care of specialty items within tight time frames.
Our staff includes personnel who have been with us for close to 20 years. All of our Superintendents are well-versed in all of the construction trades and undergo training in proper installation procedures, life-safety, and infection control protocol. We have built a reputation as a leader in quality craftsmanship and top level service.
